To the southeast is Lake Poway which offers horseback riding, hiking, fishing, archery, and boating. The park also has playgrounds, sports parks, and barbecue pits. And the summer brings many musical concerts for residents and visitors to enjoy. The Blue Sky Ecological Reserve features 700 acres of hills and coastal scrub where you will find a lot of fauna and flora. Hiking the trails is free of charge to the public during daytime hours.
